How tracking works

Order confirmation

After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email. Check your spam or promotions folder if it does not arrive.

Tracking email

If tracking is available for your delivery service, a tracking email will be sent after dispatch. Tracking links can take time to update.

Order status link

You can use the order status link from your confirmation email when available. Add any Shopify order-status instructions here before launch.
